- Experience in solution implementation, project management, and interfacing with customers, ideally within a software firm
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to move at a quick pace
- Self-motivated and self-managed
- Experience in process improvement and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile project management and implementation
- Great problem solving abilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
