Production Support Analyst

Production Support Analyst Support:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a Production Support Analystin San Francisco, CA.  In this role the candidate will be responsible for research and analysis of data conflicts, issues and discrepancies. Strong SQL, analytical, research, and problem solving skills are required for this positions. This role identifies areas for improvement and provides and implements long term solutions.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works effectively with little direction and is quality oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes SQL, Data management and application knowledge to resolve and respond to issues
  • Follows department and risk guidelines and processes and procedures to resolve issues
  • Escalate concerns, issues, and/or questions regarding process
  • Adapt to deadline changes and prioritizing of assignments
  • Partner with onshore and offshore counterparts
  • Strong system support etiquette; providing updates and following through until completion/resolution
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to get resolution on issues
  • Understands audience and communicates effectively
  • Provide appropriate reports for trends/tracking purposes

Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of customer data requirements as related to the banking and securities industries
  • Demonstrates high-level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrates willingness and takes measures to learn new skills and tasks
  • Receives and reciprocates basic information clearly in the written and oral form; Demonstrates good command over the English language
  • Ability to escalate issues appropriately
  • Meets SLA's. Takes initiative for ensuring timely completion of set tasks
  • Ability to submit deliverables on a timely manner while still being able to perform additional tasks (work priorities, deadlines, management reports, etc.)
  • Consistently follows through to resolution
