Position: Seeking a self-motivated, financially driven individual to join our rapidly expanding IT Staffing Company. Title: Account Executive (full time)

Location: Santa Ana, CA 92707

Compensation: Highly competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure. First years expected income is in the low-to-mid six figure range.

Job Responsibilities:
-Proactively prospects and develops new accounts for contract IT staffing opportunities.
-Calls on key decision makers over the phone as well as in person to establish new business opportunities.
-Participates in professional and industry specific networking events to ensure company presence in assigned territory.
-Proactively markets top talent to existing and new clients.
-Demonstrated ability in meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Possesses excellent time management skills including the ability to work with minimum supervision.
-Solid understanding of managing, and developing and assigned sales territory.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management
-Ability to create and respond to RFP/RFQ requests.

Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Minimum 3-5 years IT Staffing Account Management and/or Business Development within the services industry.
-Proven track record of exceeding sales quota’s
-Possess strong ability to set weekly meetings with C-Level IT Executives.
-Successful candidates should possess a Hunter type mentality and be financially motivated.
-Prior exposure and in depth knowledge of IT skill sets/IT technical terminology, and technical requirements.
-Ability to work with both internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction.
-Prior ability to develop strategic account management plans, execute and deliver on territory goals and objectives
-Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problems
