PC/LAN Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a PC/LAN Analyst for an opportunity in Chandler, AZ. The PC/LAN Analyst will perform engineering, support, and testing for infrastructure servers and appliances that comprise the back-end for end user encryption technology products on Windows PCs. This includes clients for Full Disk Encryption, File and Media Encryption. The supported end user or workstation encryption products are used Enterprise wide. The position includes working with workstation (desktop/laptop computer) encryption technology products on Windows PC platforms. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases on the Windows PC platform, and on Windows infrastructure servers and security appliances – including hardware and software/application testing. The ability to perform independently as well as with the Team, provide timely delivery, and follow through are key factors for this role in our client’s fast-paced high-energy environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to analyze project and requirements documentation
• Capability to be compliant with as well as design PC/Application test methodologies and standards
• Ability to complete PC test equipment setup, configuration, imaging/reimaging pc equipment
• Capability to address/resolve environment and configuration issues encountered while testing
• Ability to locate or develop appropriate data to support testing efforts
• Capability to identify and resolve test case ambiguity, continuously improving test cases
• Experience with PC/Application test case development and execution
• Capability to accurately record test results and produce metrics regarding testing
• Ability to participate in setting the overall strategy for testing, providing new and innovative ideas for gaining efficiencies in established test processes
• Advanced level experience with PC support, troubleshooting issues and working on Problem tickets
• Proven ability to understand complex test environments and configurations
• Experience with creating PC support and process related documentation
• Proven advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of or experience with server/endpoint/application encryption technology, encryption key management and information security policies
• Experience working on endpoint encryption deployment projects
• Experience building and support security appliance infrastructure
• Previous experience with encryption technologies
