IT Business Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants is looking for an IT Business Analyst that will apply technical knowledge in determining end to end requirements for on-boarding applications to a single access request management tool, involving line of business, software/hardware developers. He or She will work closely with business partners and application managers to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop relationships with the line of business needs, objectives and existing request processes. The BA works closely with developers to ensure any enhancements and requirements are translated accurately into working application features. The IT Business Analyst projects strong communication and presentation skills as well as quick to learn technologies and functions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong analytic skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
• Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight
• Motivated and willing to learn
• Coordinates delivery of project milestones, ensures tasks stay on target, escalating and identifying roadblocks
• Must be able to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization
• History of completing strong client related projects (internal or external)
• Strong familiarity and short learning curve with technologies
• Ability to innovate and come up with internal process improvements
• Must have a strong personality but be a team player
• Has experience working with tight deadlines
• Strong analytic skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
• Assist with internal efficiency projects and development
