Recruiting Associate (H69281) Boston, Massachusetts
Our client, a industry leading software company, has an immediate need for a full lifecycle recruiter to support their sales & marketing team.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify ideal candidate profiles, which entails gaining a firm understanding of culture and business needs
Creatively source qualified, top-notch candidates for a diverse range of levels and functional areas and across several geographies (sourcing includes extensive cold-calling as well as internet and database searches and networking)
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best and brightest talent and work relentlessly to fill active job openings, and build a pipeline of candidates for future needs Screen and conduct first round interviews on sourced leads to determine appropriate potential fit within the organization;
Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting and Recruiting Managers to both develop and lead recruiting programs (e.g. college recruiting initiatives, internship programs, community outreach, advertising/PR) that effectively generate qualified leads;
Organize strategic recruiting events to help us grow the employment brand within the community through traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods. Actively plan outreach to groups and help us drive employee participation in them
Conduct research on target companies and passive candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, in addition to other online resources
Assist with recruitment advertising, recommending new sites/tools to drive timely and cost-efficient hiring of the best talent on the market
Act as an internal expert for our ATS, further leveraging technology to create efficiencies in our recruitment process
Develop a scorecard to communicate recruiting success and regularly report out on recruiting metrics, against any function specific/company hiring needs.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree
2-3 years of agency experience
Ideally 2-3 years of corporate recruiting or HR Business Partner experience, preferably within a software company
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to engage in frequent cold-calling activity a must
Ability to emphasize quality over quantity
Exceptional communication skills with ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
A smart “go getter” aptitude who embraces continuous change
Mastery of all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as a solid working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
