Business Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants has a 100% remote opportunity for a Business Analyst with UAT Skills. In this role the candidate will collaborate effectively with team members at all levels in the organization. They will aggregate feedback and information from stakeholders to influence decisions made by senior leadership. The candidate will communicate information in a level-appropriate manner using relevant channels and vehicles of interaction. The incumbent will  lead a variety of Access Management initiatives that impact all lines of business including driving IAM Services definition, creation and adoption of the new solution.  The ideal resource will also be involved in the UAT testing cycle.  He/she will create the development material and assist with the UAT testing as well.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have experience in gathering requirements and documenting them
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, especially the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and issues to ensure understanding and resolution of issues
• Access or identity management experience a plus
