Our client, a company located in Boston, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: partner with senior management to identify, understand and scope departmental budget needs; drive process improvements and efficiencies, identify potential cost savings and evaluate expense tradeoffs when needed; help drive financial education, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the supported organizations; and analyze data to explain trends and variances to upper management at monthly close meetings. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related field; Highly proficient in MS Excel; Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a Corporate Finance; Experience with SAP and Financial Planning System (Adaptive) ideal; Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills; Able to think strategically, formulating actionable financial analyses and seeing them through; High degree of professionalism.
