Our client, a company located in Boston, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: provide timely and accurate analysis of financial trends; act as financial business partner and liaison with Department Heads; provide short and long term financial insight, analysis and recommendations on initiatives; drive financial modeling improvements in planning and forecasting to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives and accurately reflect business model changes; and development and execution of financial processes, reporting and key deliverables. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance or related field preferred; excellent communication skills and executive presence; 8 years of relevant experience with experience in Retail; strong verbal, written and formal presentation; strong Excel, PowerPoint, ERP (SAP preferred), budget system software(BPC preferred) skills; and exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
