Compensation Manager – Compensation Analyst – Compensation Consultant – Boston, MA
We are currently working with 2 clients located in Boston looking for Compensation Analyst and Managers on a contract basis. Our clients are large organizations, one of which is in the financial services industry and the other in document management and data storage. Both clients are seeking compensation analysts with experience working with compensation plans including base pay, incentives, executive compensation plans, and commission structures. They would also like to see candidates with experience helping with year-end and auditing.
Responsibilities:
• Provide compensation expertise
• Administer existing compensation programs and developing new programs
• Work closely with HRIS team to develop compensation reports
Qualifications:
• Experience developing and implementing compensation plans and packages for large organizations
• Experience with an HRIS system
