Payroll Specialist - 3 openings - Boston, MA

We are working with three clients looking to hire a Payroll Specialist on a temporary basis, with potential to convert to perm. One is in the investment space, and 2 are software companies, processing payroll for 250-1200 multistate and international payroll. Requirements include 2+ years' experience processing payroll and exposure to ADP or Workday is preferred. Must have strong excel skills. 

Responsibilities: 

- Perform day-to-day processing for multiple payroll cycles for up to 1,200 employees.

- Using ADP Workforce now or Workday on a weekly basis to process payroll.

- Reconciling timesheets for payroll processing 

- Perform HR functions and benefits reporting, such as maintaining employee data, 401(k) administration, on-boarding new hires and processing terminations, etc. 

- Answer to internal stakeholders and/or board members as needed
