ESSENTIAL: Must be able to communicate in Both FRENCH and English.
Min 10 yrs relevant experience in Tunnel Construction + Superivision.

JOB SPEC
Working on a challenging large Tunnel and Civil Engineering project in Algeria, you will be responsible for supervising the construction works, liaising with clients, producing technical drawings, checking progress of works. monitoring Quality / HSE. Maintaining momentum of the project.
Should have strong experience in Tunnel construction and ideally some highways or other Heavy infrastructure projects. Intl experience and dealting with and managing multinational teams would be an advantage.
Should have at least a BSc in Civil Eng, Geotechnical Eng or Geology.
