My client, a forward  thinking, National  Building and Civil Engineering Principle Contractor (turnover circa £300m) with exciting growth plans and an ever increasing order book is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join its East Midlands regional office.

This vacancy has come about due to an increase in workload and expansion as a business unit. 

Successful candidates will act as part of a management team and aid the successful delivery of one of a number of new build JCT Design & Build Student Accommodation projects valued between £10m-£40m+ across South Yorkshire & the East Midlands regions.

Requirements:

• Education to degree level (construction related), desirable but not essential
• Minimum 5 years’ construction experience within the UK
• Previous experience working on schemes £8m - £40m
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Committed, Enthusiastic, Strong work ethic, Independent thinker
• SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card
• Student Accomidation or Multi Story Commercial/Accomidation Experiance
