I currently have a requirement for an experienced Site Manager with prior Engineering experiance to deliver a Retail project with a view to moving onto a second project immidiately after.
Main area of responsibility will be sub-contract management, overseeing the groundworks & externals packages and potentially assisting in the setting out.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with driving production on site, managing health & safety, interpreting drawings & passing instruction to operatives on site.
The contract length will be circa 7 weeks with a view to another 7 week project straight after.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in the capacity of Site Manager for a Principle Contractor delivering Design & Build schemes (Industrial/warehouses/distribution centres is preferred but not essential)
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card (black)
- Engineering Experiance
- Ability to use CAD
- Own Robotic Total Station (not essential but helpful)
