Freelance Communications Planner required!
As Communications Planner, you will hit the ground running, producing and delivering progressive multichannel communications strategies based on robust insight to enhance customer experiences.
You will be responsible for:
• Work with Managing Partners to ensure clients have ever evolving segmented, tailored customer journeys with measurable outputs
• Building strong relationships with senior and middle management contacts within the client organisation
• Understand the changing landscape of the Digital, Social and CRM landscape and incorporate this into their thinking with regards to customer journeys
• Working with analysts to identify relevant insight that will aid improvements in the overarching communications strategy
• Writing creative briefs across multiple channels
• Understanding of clients industry sectors, developments in the market place and clients marketing strategy
• Creating and presenting business cases
• Recommendations on customer targeting strategy in support of loyalty and relationship marketing activity
• Produce, in-conjunction with Client Partner and other Planners, testing and selection criteria to support the desired campaigns
• Work with channel delivery partners (ESP, Mobile, App) to understand how customers are interacting with the brand
• Understand the usage of data in communications
• Working with New Business to develop pitch strategy, create and present pitch documents
To be in the running, you’ll be a lateral thinking team player with a real eye for detail. You’ll also be experienced in creating digital communications strategies and will have a background in either the automotive, retail or leisure industry. You’ll have an understanding of marketing automation and a sound knowledge of CRM, Loyalty and Digital/Social data. An expertise in writing proposals, briefs and developing customer journeys is also required.
Our client seeks 1-3 month contract. Day rate negotiable.
