In this role you will work closely with the Directors and you will help to develop the product messaging and positioning.

You will deliver a strategy to optimise customer retention, improve customer life cycles as well as assisting with the implementation, testing and delivery of digital campaigns. You will work across multi-channel communications with the majority being email based.

You will also assist with website content management and social media and take in to account customer needs and journeys to help create both automated and targeted campaigns.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience as a digital marketing executive, working within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You must have experience of customer segmentation and an understanding of retention marketing as well as customer lifecycles. You will also need experience with affiliates and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities
-Planning and overseeing engaging and creative marketing campaigns to deliver new leads to the business and also nurturing existing leads/customers to improve customer retention and loyalty.
-Email campaigns – set up, distribute, monitor and analyse B2C email marketing campaigns.
-Use Google Analytics to analyse and report on key digital marketing campaigns
-Continually analysing customers in order to increase retention rates and improve CLV.
-Producing monthly and quarterly reports of marketing metrics and regularly presenting to the Directors on marketing performance.
-Manage the affiliates programme.

Key Skills
-Previous experience in a similar role – preferably in an e-commerce environment.
-Strong copywriting and communication skills.
-A strong working knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques – SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and Customer Retention.
-A good working knowledge of the major analytics programs – specifically Google Analytics.
-Experience of conducting on-site and off-site SEO analysis.
-Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
