Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer focused, dynamic and driven Assistant Store Manager to join this expanding beauty/health retailer.
Job Role:
As Assistant Store Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for delivering the commercial excellence of your store. You will be the role model for exceptional customer service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to be ambassadors of the brand. You'll combine your experience, commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brands and look to exceed targets year on year.
Experience necessary:
• Previous experience working as a Assistant Manager an advantage, or if you
are a standalone Supervisor who is ready for the next step
• Managed turnovers of at least £500k
• Commerciality is key- must be KPI driven and have a proven track record
• Know how to drive sales through a team
• Strong visual experience
• Be an effective people manager, who knows how to develop talent and be a
strong motivational leader
