ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER- WEST LONDON
Salary: £29-33K
Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer focused, dynamic fashion led Store Manager to join this contemporary, premium menswear retailer.
Job Role:
As Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for delivering the P&L and commercial excellence of your store. You will be the role model for exceptional customer service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to be ambassadors of the brand. You'll combine your experience, commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brands and look to exceed targets year on year.
Experience necessary:
• Previous experience working as an Assistant Manager an advantage, or if you are
a standalone Supervisor who is ready for the next step
• Managed turnovers of at least £1m +
• Commerciality is key- must be KPI driven and have a proven track record
• Know how to drive sales through a team
• Strong visual experience
• Be an effective people manager, who knows how to develop talent and be a
strong motivational leader
• Business minded, with an entrepreneurial sprit to achieve results
