EXCEED SALES AND PROFITABILITY TARGETS
-Deliver sales & profitability through key metrics: Sales, Conversion & Unit per
transaction
- Deploy resource to match skill/experience & customer requirements
- Adopt tools & processes to improve employee efficiency & increase productivity
- Understand ,support budgetary requirements to increase the store profitability
- Manage & maintain a safe working environment for customers & employees
- Maintain compliance of all company policy & procedures including Health & Safety
INSPIRE AND DEVELOP THE TEAM
- Manage and inspire a large team to deliver results by providing the Experience
- Communicate, engage & energize the team to maximize performance service metrics
Hire, coach & develop a high performing team to deliver outstanding service
- Manage regular talent assessments & provide regular constructive feedback
- Recognize & reward great service and performance
