My Client an award winning Law Firm are looking for a Proclaim Developer to join their information technology team. The main purpose of this role is to help develop and maintain the Proclaim datase and App.
Main Responsibilities:
• Creating new case types, database fields and correspondents
• Screen design and intelligence
• Workflow maintenance including creation of linked actions, forms, secure documents and master documents
• Understanding of the user profile parameters in particular calendar permissions and integration with Microsoft Exchange
• Advanced Report training and experience of designing, amending and scheduling reports
• Creating main case handling manuals for use by new staff in training
• Understanding of design and execution of SQL queries
• Task server configuration, scheduling and troubleshooting
Key Skills & Experience:
• At least 12 months experience Proclaim development experience
• Tech 4 trained however training will be provided if not
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent client care
• Excellent communication and literacy skills
• Flexible attitude to work
• Excellent organisational skills
