Director, Retirement Plan Administration (7480BR) Westwood, Massachusetts

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Director of Plan Administration is responsible for ensuring quality full service plan administration and client service excellence for Defined Contribution plans. In addition, the person in this position is responsible for the ongoing integrity of all plan information as well as the timely and accurate processing of plan transactions. This leadership role in Recordkeeping will also require the candidate to focus on functional process improvement and efficiencies.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 -10 years recordkeeping experience
• 5+ years management experience
• Outstanding communication, management skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to apply technical industry knowledge to day-to-day issues and have the ability to adapt to technology
• Demonstrated ability to work in high volume, deadline oriented environment
