• Demonstrates 5+ years of experience/thorough knowledge of, and/or a proven record of success as a key contributor as a software developer and architect with defining, designing, and building functionality to transform audit testing procedures, including the following:
1. N-tier development and design, emphasizing a thorough knowledge of service oriented architecture (Windows Communication Foundation) and Agile SDLC to accomplish these results; systems requirements development, including designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
2. Proven record of success with problem solving, demonstrated by an ability to debug and troubleshoot complex software orchestrations and identify solution options and alternatives
3. Collaboration with senior members of development teams to design and/or enhance existing applications, as well as develop new product functionality
4. Experience working with offshore resources; providing direction to ensure work is consistent with team development standards and quality expectations
5. Understanding of the financial services sector, specifically with respect to investments and retirement solutions
6. Experience with Web Content Management Systems (Sitecore a plus)
7. Strong working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SFC and SQL
8. Proficiency in AJAX, SOAP, SML/XSL, ActiveX, HTTP, Web Services
