Business Process Manager (7398BR) Westwood, Massachusetts

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Business Process Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of the automated workflow distribution system for all areas of the business. This position will support the business in designing the strategy for implementing all processes onto the new system as well as the process for maintenance and continuous improvement. This position will be heavily involved in creating and testing each workflow brought on to the workflow system. This position will also be responsible for designing, creating and distributing reporting generated from the workflow system to provide data necessary to support the overall business strategy. Initial responsibilities also include leading the effort to redesign existing workflows as needed prior to setting them up on the system. The successful associate in this role will have both strategic and tactical responsibilities.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert for workflow system
• Partner with Project Manager to define the project plan and ensure deliverables are met
• Participate and create implementation strategy
• Identify which processes should go on to the workflow system
• Determine if processes require redesign before they go on the workflow system
• Work with internal business partners to resolve issues
• Create workflows for processes that have been deemed ready for implementation
• Design and create reporting that will be used by mangers to manage the work
• Assess data from the workflow system to identify trends and suggest improvement opportunities
• Identify trends in each workflow stream that can be reviewed by management
• Work with the business and IT to expand the uses and capabilities of the workflow system on an ongoing basis
• Monitor and report on vendor SLA’s
• Participate and lead internal and vendor meetings

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work or general business experience
• Previous workflow implementation experience preferred
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to apply technical industry knowledge to day-to-day issues and have the ability to adapt to technology
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in high volume, deadline oriented environment
• Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes experience
• This is a full-time position
