Senior BI Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants is looking for a Senior BI Analyst with a Marketing focus to work on a contract position with one of our clients located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a member of the Marketing Analytics Team, the Senior BI Analyst will work closely with a cross functional team to develop reporting, implement test designs for Marketing and generate insight and recommendations. He or she will develop new data processes and analytical solutions, as well as develop strategies to target the most profitable prospects, to retain valuable customers, and to promote profitable customer behaviors.

Responsibilities:

• Create reporting that tracks KPI’s and provide insight into various business areas using a combination of SQL, Excel and Data Visualization Tools
• Utilize large volume of internal and external data sources in model development and statistical analysis. Identify data sources, develop data queries, and conduct data exploration and data mining
• Data extraction, design of attribution, track relevant marketing outcomes to be used in measurement of marketing campaigns/products vs. objectives and industry benchmarks
• Develop predictive models for customer acquisition using advanced statistical techniques and tools to target the most profitable prospects for direct mail, email and digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science or related disciplines (MS preferred)
• At least 4 years working experience in analytics in areas such as Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, Database Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Management or Business Analytics
• Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations and effectively communicate findings
• Must have very strong querying skills which ideally should include Microsoft SQL or some other query language. The candidate must be able to demonstrate this skillset which should include creating complex queries, views, stored procedures, functions and SSRS
• Experience using/building Visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, SSRS); QlikView experience a plus
• Experience with Digital Marketing including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Display and Social Media
• Superior analytical, research and problem solving skills
• Experience using at least one statistical tool (R, SAS, or Python)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent project management skills to build and execute project plans with clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and ownerships. Provide prompt and timely update with progress, issues, and risk mitigations
• Expert in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communication skills: both verbal and written
• Must meet company’s requirements for employment
