CoreLogic is seeking a CRM Sr. Program Manager / SME to be a lead resource for its enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) software solution.

The CRM Sr. Program Manager/SME will be involved with all aspects of the CRM system implementation life cycle to ensure that defined projects are completed to the satisfaction of internal clients, including those representing sales, marketing, finance, legal and service. As well, this Individual will be looked to provide strong subject matter expertise and vision in defining and implementing best in class customer relationship management (CRM) marketing strategies, programs and initiatives

The Senior Program Manager is part of a larger Corporate System's Business Applications group, and is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that specific ERP solutions or implementation projects are well coordinated, meet company objectives, and deliver maximum benefit to users.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Program Management and Leadership: This Program Manager position is involved in the evaluation, planning, and delivery of initiatives related to the company's enterprise CRM based solution. Primary duties include:
  • Owning a portfolio projects, enhancements, or initiatives that support the business users working toward multi-billion dollar revenue stream tracked within the enterprise CRM system
  • Exhibiting the planning and execution skills necessary to address both program and solution related issues
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge and proven experience in CRM development, and architecting and delivering complex business solutions
  • Working closely with business partners and senior business analysts to solution around well-formed, complex, business requirements
  • Working with cross-functionally and departmentally to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrating the ability to lead, guide and mentor project and functional team members during planning and implementation phases, potentially across multiple offices and/or locations

Business Vision, Analysis and Scope Definition: This CRM Program Manager is also expected to serve as area SME, providing solid knowledge of customer relationship management business processes and related enterprise systems functionality that supports them. A successful candidate needs to:
  • Convey a detailed/comprehensive understanding of the CRM lifecycle, and knowledge of the CoreLogic solution or similar enterprise applications
  • Leverage a proven record of accomplishments and success in customer relationship management.
  • Document stakeholder business requirements and ensure project scope is well defined in terms of technology features, functions, and operational processes
  • Evaluate and plans stages of application/system investment necessary to match strategic changes made to the organizational sales process
  • Translate scopes of work into roadmap plans that maximize resource capacity to meet business / stakeholder objectives
  • Prepare ROI oriented Business Cases and Statements of Work (SOW) for moderate to complex business problems

Stakeholder Management and Communication: This position will act as a key ambassador resource for CRP program, responsible to balance stakeholder views of CRM business practices and system functionality to meet client satisfaction and needs. Responsibilities will involve:
  • Acting as an advisor to the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
  • Establish relationships with the managers and heads of sales and IT departments (his/her clients)--in order to communicate the benefits of use of this enterprise CRM software solution
  • Provide feedback from the business clients about CRM and ERP module implementation, related pain points, and issues related to legacy IT systems and applications
  • Understand business requirements and ability to translate into strategy based technical solutions

Other Responsibilities:
  • Report any interim CRM program or project changes and risk issues immediately to Corporate Systems senior management
  • Addresses budget allocation and deliverable quality issues related to the CRM initiatives
  • Prepare presentations or reports as per specifications for group Sr. Director or Vice President, as well as business unit heads
  • Train and educate other team members around core CRM/ERP capabilities and helps them deliver high quality solutions and deliverables/documentation


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, engineering, MIS, or other science and/or math focused equivalent strongly preferred
  • MBA or related post graduate degree preferred
  • PMP, ITIL certifications a plus

Experience
  • Proven track record of accomplishments and success in customer relationship management
  • Exposure to full CRM lifecycle, implementation - support
  • Experience with Oracle CRM / Siebel or other related enterprise CRM applications
  • Detailed/comprehensive understanding of the CRM solution or similar enterprise applications
  • Three years of experience in customer-facing positions in a professional services firm, preferably with a management consulting or consulting organization
  • Five years of technology experience in a business or technical consultancy or analysis role for medium to large scale business software implementation projects
  • Good experience managing teams and/or directing work plans
  • Demonstrated successful track record of design, development, and completion of critical, complex projects in more than one area of functional expertise
  • Understanding business requirements and ability to translate into strategy based technical solutions. Strong experience to document business requirements is vital
  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated track record
