Currently we are looking for candidates for :

Medical Quality and Compliance Officer - temporary contract by the end of 2014

Type of contract: contract through external agency

Position purpose:
Under the coordination of the Medical Quality and Compliance Manager, promotes quality management, compliance, inspection readiness, training and process improvements to ensure high quality performance of Country Medical Operations.

Responsibilities
Quality Performance Analytics
• Identifies areas for Quality Reviews in collaboration with MQCM, local Medical Management and appropriate Platform Lines; carry out local quality reviews where appropriate.
• Reports on quality review results and other defined quality analytics to MQCM, local Medical
• Medical-compliance related training - in collaboration with the MQCM:
• Ensures that training requirements related to Medical and Compliance processes are included in the appropriate curricula.
• Ensures that local curricula are maintained in line with internal Pfizer standards.
• Supports local training for identified areas.
• Facilitates local compliance reporting to Medical Management.
Inspections / Audits
• Provides support during local inspections as defined by the local inspection action plan(s).
• Provides support during the audits under the Medical Director’s accountability.
• Provides support for audits on in country Platform Lines as required.
• Quality Awareness
• Ensures sound knowledge of regulatory requirements across Business Units and PLs where appropriate.
• Interacts with internal and external networks, including MQCM network and share best practices.
• Demonstrates value proposition of quality and compliance to internal and external stakeholders.
•Administer/monitor all local procedures
•In collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) develop, implement and maintain compliant, effective and transparent procedures, meeting business needs:

Qualifications
• University degree: Lifescience/ Pharmacy/ Biotechnology
• Attention to details, high quality of work
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work with medical documentation and procedures
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• PC literacy
