Finiti, a CoreLogic joint venture, is a national Appraisal Management Company.

The Customer Service Supervisor position is responsible for the management of the Valuation Customer Service Support Team. This team takes all inbound client and vendor calls as well as responds to all inbound client email inquiries. The Supervisor position can be very challenging and requires a high sense of urgency. The job entails providing superior service to all Finiti's client groups.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Managing Client Relations by providing guidance and direction to staff members and responding to escalated and/or more complex inquiries or issues
  • Work with various departments to resolve client issues
  • Hold team accountable for goals set for team of 4 or more
  • Use Phone Systems to monitor call volumes and metrics and make adjustments to meet company goals


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in managing or supervising a team in a customer support or call center role.
  • Experience in Real Estate Appraisal or Mortgage Operations preferred

Skills / Knowledge
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to coach, motivate, delegate, communicate and reward effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both internally across and external to the organization
  • Team oriented; collaborative work style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the business
  • Solid understanding of the appraisal, mortgage and/or banking industry
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time as needed
