Field Sales Executive

Location:  South East England, England
Salary:  OTE £60k - High performers £100k+

Salary: up to £30,000 + OTE £60,000

Location: South East, Guildford

Offering a realistic on target earnings of £60,000 within the first year, a basic salary of £30,000, company car and other benefits, our client is looking for an experienced and determined Field Sales Executive to join their rapidly growing business and help pursuing opportunities to drive revenue growth.  The organisation has what is regarded as the best commission sheme in the industry that is uncapped and 10% of the sales force are earning over £100k!

You will be meeting with prebooked appointments from the organisations telemarketing team with generally 5 per day.  

The successful Field Sales Executive will have track record in field B2B sales environment, valid UK Driving Licence and a passion for financial services and the benefits of technology.  You will live in either Guildford or in easy commute of Guildford

Key responsibilities of the Field Sales Executive:

  • Meeting with 5 prebooked appointments per day and selling financial solutions to SME's in your region
  • Delivering the realistic revenue targets agreed with your regional manager
  • Present company products and services in a professional manner
  • Generating new business leads and converting them to new opportunities

Key requirements of the Field Sales Executive:

 Valid, clean UK Driving Licence;

  • Track record of field sales and a passion for business development;
  • Motivated by the opportunity to earn great commission
  • Presentable and with great communication and client face to face skills;
  • Motivated by targets and hungry for success;
  • Great negotiation skills;
