The candidate must have the proven ability to manage a variety of roles and responsibilities.  In addition, flexibility and willingness to learn new skills while working in a dynamic, deadline driven environment is a must. This position entails performing the duties of office coordinator, receptionist, bookkeeper and administrative assistant. The Office Coordinator will be expected to manage the support and administrative functions to keep professionals focused on clients. Responsibilities will range from managing vendors to administrative functions including providing support to Partner, administrating employee benefits, coordinating company events/outings and other ad hoc duties.
