Growing Start-up firm is seeking an Office Manager for their Boston headquarters! In this role, you will be responsible for helping to manage office operations; providing support to executive team; coordinate HR functions; assist with accounting work; and assisting the administrative staff with a variety other projects as needed. The qualified candidate must be incredibly detail oriented; will exhibit a polished and professional demeanor at all times; and will be skilled in establishing and maintaining professional relationships.  The ideal candidate will be outgoing and energetic; will have previous experience in an office; and will be comfortable managing a wide variety of concurrent responsibilities with an accommodating style.
