Our client, a company in Boston, is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensure smooth daily operations of business, including management and procurement of office supplies, ensuring the office remains welcoming & tidy, and IT/communications requests; complete general administrative functions such as making copies, binding, processing mail, and arranging for UPS and federal express shipping; manage Executive calendars to schedule meetings across numerous time zones; and make domestic and international travel arrangements. The qualified Office Manager/Executive Assistant will have 2-5 years of strong office management and/or executive assistance experience; strong interpersonal skills; advanced working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint; experience with expense reporting systems; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; and must be a confident, self-starter who can work well with minimum supervision and strong attention to detail in composing and proofing materials.
