HR Benefits Coordinator, Support Incredible Team (A66620-hr) Boston, Massachusetts

This is an excellent opportunity for a top notch Human Resources professional to join a prominent Boston company in a challenging role working with their HR team.  The ideal candidate enjoys both Human Resources and Administrative support, wants to be part of a team and has the communication skills and personality to interact with all employees.  This position has a broad range of responsibilities including acting as the key contact for all new hires, conducting all new hire orientations, answering all benefit related questions, preparing HR materials and employee packets, coordinating open enrollment, organizing HR files and more.  The ideal candidate is confident, an independent thinker, has great judgment, able to take constructive criticism and has superior communication skills.  You should also be accurate, pay attention to small details and have excellent writing skills as you will generate correspondence distributed to all employees.  You must have at least two years of professional experience in a corporate environment, strong MS Office skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize assignments effectively enough to stay ahead of deadlines.  A degree from a competitive school is strongly preferred.  Salary depends on experience and will include great benefits and bonus potential.  Prior experience supporting a dynamic HR team is a major plus but not required.
