Our client, a company in Boston, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing office and breakroom supplies, office inventory and audit supply billing invoices; managing calendars to coordinate meetings and conference room scheduling; responding to employee inquiries and requests; welcoming all guests and clients to the office; and processing and preparing business mail. The qualified Front Desk Receptionist will have 2+ years of experience in administrative or receptionist role; well-organized and highly dependable; working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products; strong communication skills and customer service orientation; proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion; and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
