Accounting Assistant/ Office Manager (1182664) Boston, Massachusetts
Our client, a reputable construction West of Boston is seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant/Office Manager. In this role, you will be a Jack of all trades, including composing and dictating all correspondence, track all invoices, balance trust accounts with QuickBooks, as well as perform office management responsibilities including vendor relationships. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also serve as a backup to the COO for all accounting related responsibilities, including running payroll and helping to administer benefits. Qualified candidates will have previous administrative experience as well as proficiency in accounting and Quickbooks. Salary up to $100k, depending on experience.
