Amazing opportunity to join the IT Support team of this successful company providing day-to-day support regarding a variety of issues to clients/staff!  Responsibilities will include working with users to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues; utilizing network tools to manage the local area network; recording and maintaining a log of all calls received by the Help Desk; and identifying and completing projects in support of IT systems.  A Bachelor’s degree is required and qualified applicants will have 1-2 years of relevant IT work experience.  Ideally, the Call Center Analyst will demonstrate strong technical abilities and will be capable of proactively finding solutions to various problems and issues.  Excellent communication and customer service skills are also a must.  We are looking for a very upbeat, friendly, customer focused and knowledgeable person to hold this position.
