Our client is an innovative commercial printer focused in design and manufacturing seeking a Customer Care Support Specialist to join their growing team. This position will require the candidate to assist the organization’s sales team, check data accuracy for all orders and invoices, contact resellers to obtain missing information, handle shipping inquiries, resolve booking issues, maintain and update sales and customer records, and communicate customer inquiries to internal team members. The idea candidate will be a team player, have great attention to detail, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have some familiarity using internal databases.
