Thriving pharmaceutical company, located in Billerica, is currently looking to hire a bright, proactive and organized HR Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a 3 to 6 month temporary assignment!!  In this role, you will primarily be responsible for working with a team of recruiters; scheduling all highly complex logistical details and travel arrangements for interviews; following up with interviewees and confirming hotel, flight, itinerary details; using MS Word and Excel to generate internal reports and presentations for hiring managers; and assisting with a wide range of HR projects, including writing and posting jobs, sourcing resumes, assisting with recruiting strategies, and more!  The qualified HR / Recruitment Administrator must have a Bachelor’s degree and ideally 1-3 years of experience, ideally within the staffing industry; experience with HRIS is preferred, as is general HR experience; candidates must have knowledge of job posting boards and resume tracking systems; and ideal candidates are outgoing, articulate, detail-oriented and flexible with superior communication and interpersonal skills!
