Our client, a publishing firm in Boston is seeking two temporary Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least one year of experience delivering high-quality customer experience both via phone and email. Candidates who have experience working for an e-commerce company is a huge plus! The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with some flexibility.
