You will be responsible for preparing the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget, analyse different components of the remuneration scheme in the organisation and prepare reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop compensation policies.
• Responsible for yearly salary review process: guidelines and follow-up with HR Partners around the globe.
• MBO (Management by objectives).
• Benefits Management (cars, pension plans, etc.).
• International assignments.
• Advices top managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees.
• Participation in salary studies. 

With a background in Business Administration or Economics and Minimum of 4 years working experience in Comp & Ben related topics and ideally working experience in a matrix organisation.
