Beacon Hill Legal is representing a client seeking to add a corporate paralegal to join its busy team. This paralegal will provide support by handling a broad variety of in-house legal matters while also performing administrative duties for the department.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years of corporate legal experience, preferably in-house. Responsibilities will include maintaining corporate minute books, preparing resolutions, and filing corporate registrations. Additional duties will include drafting documents and correspondence, responding to third party subpoenas and other similar requests, and performing administrative duties as needed. Candidates should be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to work both independently and on a team.
