The Atlanta office of a national law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal with at least five years of experience for a newly created position.
Successful immigration paralegal candidates will have at least five years of employment immigration experience that includes working on non-immigrant (H,L,E,TN, etc.) visa cases and green card cases including PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and adjustment of status. Immigration paralegal candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be customer service minded – they have wonderful clients and it is very important that this paralegal enjoy building strong business relationships with them.
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have a four year degree or ABA approved paralegal certificate and at least five years of experience as an immigration paralegal, possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
