Atlanta law firm is seeking an immigration paralegal who is 100% fluent in English and Korean for their business immigration practice group. This is a newly created position and a wonderful opportunity to join a fabulous team in a top firm.

This immigration paralegal will work closely with attorneys and other immigration paralegals in the firm, preparing and filing employment immigration petitions and applications with government agencies. There will be frequent communication with their corporate clients and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services so successful immigration paralegal candidates must have strong verbal and written (Korean and English) communication skills.

Immigration Paralegal will assist with H1B AND H1B RFE, L-1, EB, EB2, EB3 R1, PERMs and other related VISAS and day to day responsibilities vary but will include obtaining employee information and documentation from corporate clients and their employees, drafting and filing immigration paperwork, conducting research, tracking the status of the immigration cases and communicating that to the client and performing other immigration and non-immigration related duties. Immigration paralegal candidates must have a high level of professionalism, top communication skills, superior organizational abilities and strong technical skills including MS Word and Excel.
