Atlanta plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a Bilingual Spanish speaking Case Manager to join their team. Qualified candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Case Manager in a plaintiff law firm and be fully fluent in Spanish.

The Case Manager plays a critical role in this group in walking their clients through the process and keeping them informed regarding status at all times. Responsibilities of Case Manager to include:
- Manage cases from intake to settlement, working closely with attorneys and paralegals
- Meet with prospective and existing clients, set up new files and prepare initial letters
- Ensure that medical records, employment records, accident reports and other information crucial to the cases is in the client files
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, court officials and witnesses
- Monitor case status and keep attorneys and clients up to date and aware of time lines and approaching deadlines
- Draft demand letters, pleadings, responses, motions
- Schedule depositions, meditations, hearings and court appearances
- Perform administrative duties, including assisting scanning documents, filing, drafting correspondence
