We have two exceptional positions for talented and focussed Calibration Engineers.

We have a Gasoline position and a OBD role.

Powertrain calibration services to a range of UK and International clients. 

Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking engineers to join our team with experience in On-Board Diagnostics for gasoline and hybrid powertrains to meet worldwide legislative standards for functions such as air-fuel cylinder imbalance monitoring, canister purge control, catalytic converter diagnostics, diagnostic engine cooling system, diagnostic tank leak, diagnostic power-stage & sensor, exhaust-gas temperature model, fault memory management (DSM & Scantool), fuel system monitoring, lambda closed-loop control, lambda sensor diagnostics & misfire detection.

Your contribution to something big

► Take responsibility for calibration work packages assigned to you.

► Planning and executing of appropriate tests at either engine dyno or in the vehicle.

► Optimization of the corresponding control functions to defined criteria to meet customer, legislative and quality targets.

► Delivery of calibration datasets to project milestones.

► Collaborate effectively with project team and customer.

► Participation of international test trips (e.g. Spain, USA, Sweden, ...)

► Presentation, discussion and approval of the results at customer.

What distinguishes you?

► At least 5 years of experience in gasoline OBD calibration.

► Degree qualified in a relevant engineering subject (i.e. Mechanical, Automotive).

► Sound knowledge of engine combustion fundamentals.

► Clean driving license.
