The contracts manager will take responsibility for a prestigious multi site contract based in Bristol covering a multi skilled building services maintenance team. The role will cover all aspects of mechanical and electrical services on a contract worth around £6 million.
The ideal person will have a strong background and proven track record in building services or facilities management. They will need to be able to build excellent relationships with customers and key stakeholders and be a good people manager.
Ideally you will have been in a contracts management role for a large company and have experience running a high value contract.
