VOLT is seeking a Service Desk Technician with strong customer service and communication skills that can support all technical, operational aspects of end user technology (including applications). This is a contingent position with our client in Everett, WA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Migration from Win 7/Office 2013 to Win 10/Office 2016
- Support Virtual Desktops and Physical Desktops
- Provide support to end user technology including applications
- Desktop Imaging and deployment
- Support several infrastructure components
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must Have experience imaging and deploying desktops end-to-end
- Experience working in Service Desk environment to resolve end user software and hardware issues
- Strong Customer Service, communication and writing skills
- Organized and able to self-direct under minimal guidance
- Proficient in written instructions
