Tableau Developer Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Tableau Developer for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC. The Tableau Developer will be responsible for very complex reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data using Tableau to report results. This position ensures integrity of collected data and leads the development of reports and tools that end users can use to interpret results, develop actionable insights and make recommendations for use across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting in Tableau
• Develop Tableau reports that present data in a clear and concise manner, allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action.
• Collaborate with business partners to prioritize requests/needs.
• Collaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis.
• Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments, if necessary.
• Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.
• Ensure that third party relationship management (TPRM) standards are followed for vendor relationship.
• Ensure that department develops and follows procedures and controls for its various processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business, finance, computer science, economics or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of data analysis, statistical analytics and reporting experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Advanced skills as Tableau Report developer
• Advanced skills in SQL
• Strong analytic and report development skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights.
• Ability to data mine, analyze data, and present insights in a meaningful way.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnership with Senior Business unit management, business partners and project sponsors, as well as communicate effectively with business, and development teams, end users, and product owners.
• Extensive hands-on data reporting experience with large data sets.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced skills as Tableau Report Developer
