Business Analyst/Process Analyst – Lean/Six Sigma

Business Process Analyst required to join our Financial Services Client working on their Insurance Business Change Programme. The contract will be based in Bristol and will run for an initial 6 months.
The role holder will be assigned to a Solvency II project to implement new process improvements and enhance regulatory reporting capability.
To be considered for this role, applicant should have the following essential skills:
• Business Process Analysis
• Six Sigma or Lean experience
• An understanding of BPMN
• Financial Services experience
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong presentation (verbal and paper) and facilitation skills
Specific experience of Insurance and Solvency II environments are desirable, but not mandatory.
