As our Director of Client Services- Business Development / Recruiting Engagement Manager you will be identifying companies who could use our unique RPI approach and effectively selling it to them in the Chicago-land area.From a single search to a full Talent Acquisition process advisory engagement, you own the client relationships, but work with the Titus Recruiting team to deliver.In your role, you will also dedicate about 15 hours per week to either headhunting or engagement management.

This is a self-driven, territory management business development and client management role and is a part of the Recruiting practice leadership team.

Expectations: If selected you will have strong communication, internal and external relationship building, and negotiating skills. These are the role expectations:

Not afraid to pick up the phone or pound the pavement · Ability to self-manage with very little direct supervision · High-energy, competitive with strong motivation to succeed and a proven track record · Previous work experience in achieving goals set out for them Duties: * Supports marketing objectives by developing standard marketing and installation plans for use in sales call packages; obtaining approvals from functional areas; adhering to timelines. * Finalizes contract approval by preparing business deal recapitulations; drafting contracts; obtaining approvals; verifying understandings among parties; monitoring status and quality. * Maintains client data integrity by determining marketing and installation plans; reconciling pricing sheet expenses to services outlined in contract; controlling quality of data from sales through contracting set-up process; communicating data to and obtaining support and approvals from functional areas. * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmark state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. * Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
