Working with a rapidly growing leading National Housing developer who has a keen focus on building communities for all types of buyers. Following a successful year, they are looking to grow their Construction team to play a vital part in their growth and development for the North West division. With a strong pipeline for 2019, they need driven managers in the making to join the Construction department and be an integral part of their expansion.
About the role
As Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a construction development site, ensuring the provision of safe, efficient and cost-effective works at all times, while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service are delivered within the given timescales.
As part of your role, you will manage the day to day running of the development and provide clear director to those working on the development regarding their responsibilities and targets. In addition to this, you will manage and implement health and safety procedures and work closely with the Regional Health and Safety Managers to ensure that all aspects of health and safety are adhered too. Motivating, supporting and managing directly employed employees will also be an important element of your role.
You will need
- Currently working for a recognised House Builder (2+ years with the current company)
- Relevant qualifications/degree.
- Full driving licence.
- Able to run a site independently.
